Ningbo Xinghang Meter Technology Co., Ltd. has launched a new type of pre-equipped composite plastic volumetric piston type water meter LXH-15A-20A. pre-equipped composite plastic volumetric piston type water meter adopts a unique working principle. Under the action of water pressure, water enters the measurement chamber from the lower water inlet, pushing the rotating piston to rotate around the central axis of the measurement chamber. At the same time, water flows from the empty space inside the piston and the space formed between the piston and the measurement chamber wall to the upper water outlet. As the piston rotates, Connected to the counting mechanism by a rotating shaft and fork, the volume flowing through the water meter can be calculated by recording the number of piston rotations.


The pre-equipped composite plastic volumetric piston type water meter is a special type of volumetric water meter that has the following characteristics:
1. The pre-equipped volumetric water meter adopts a rotating piston structure, with a high measurement level, which can reach Class, R160, R200 levels, and can achieve accurate measurement.
2. The movement has high sensitivity, and the wheel window is sealed with a special liquid, which can maintain clear readings for a long time.
3.The temperature level of ccomposite plastic volumetric water meter is T50, which can adapt to different usage environments.
4.After adding pulse wires, it can become a pulse output volumetric piston type water meter for remote reading, meeting the requirements of remote monitoring and reading.
