We currently hold MID certification (2014/32/EU),and have extensive experience in obtaining OIML R49 approval-we are making it and providing as required for your specific project. We can also offer CE, RoHS needed for customs clearance and local regulatory compliance.

We offer a 6 years warranty from the date of shipment. If a confirmed defect arises, we replace the faulty units free of charge and cover the shipping cost. We work with you to discuss and finanize specification, we will issue a proforma invoice includes Fedex/DHL/UPS shipping, samples are shipped after payment confirmation. Our standard MOQ is 100 to 200 units for standard models. However, we understand that new partnerships require market validation. We are happy to support a trial order as low as 100 units for qualified distributors. This allows you to conduct field tests, obtain local approvals, and build customer confidence before scaling up.

For new customers, our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T after order contract signed, and 70% balance before shipment. We accept L/C at sight (Letter of Credit) for added bank-backed security.

Our standard production time is 25 to 35 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. For small sample orders, production time is 7 to 10 business days. We always provide a confirmed production schedule in your sales contract.
